I'm Jessie.
I'm a sober artist. I don't do drugs or drink. Woah! My creative drive is fueled by my own imagination! I hope I'm not a cocky artist. I don't think I am particularly because I never like to show people my stuff. But I suppose if I want to go to art school I need to really be okay with sharing. I'll probably post some arts.
I love video games. I don't play nearly as much as I used to. My favorite system has to be N64 on account of Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, and Paper Mario 64. Wii closely follows, I suppose because of everything it can support.
I get super attached to various characters in TV shows. There have been times when I considered Buffy Summers a closer friend than people I saw everyday. Shows I got particularly attached to were: Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Roswell. Firefly wasn't really on TV long enough for me to develope really nice trusting friendships, but we had fun while we hung out.
On account of my real relationships, I got my mom and my boyfriend. So, if you want to make nice, I'm for it.

interests
I'm a sucker for art. Always have been and probably always will be. Because of this, I enjoy creating things in all kind of mediums. Pencil, found art, paint, film, clay, etc.
I take martial arts. I earned myself second place in our dojo torny. ^____^ (However, I did take a fractured finger with second place). Our school doesn't stick to one type of martial arts because "if you only know one, you dont know how to defend against others." I take a personal liking to Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Aikido, and Kendo. I
I guess this is where I'd put the obligitory "OOOH I LIKE MOVIES AND TV AND MUSIC AND FRIENDS AND ALL THAT LOVELY OBLIGATORY STUFF!"
Well, I do like movies. I like a wide variety of movies as I do with most other things in life. Variety makes individual things interesting. I hate gorey horror movies. I don't think its entertaining watching people being brutally murdered. That doesn't tickle my intense fear of death. What DOES tickle my fancies in that genre however is very eerie stuff. The Birds is a fantastic example of eerie movies I like. I really love powerful movies with a really stunning message... the kinds of movies where afterwards for a little while you have that floaty feeling and you just say "woah." I'll admit that I can be a sucker for romance movies. The best kinds are the tasteful kinds that aren't TOO gooey, but are just enough that you can feel your own heart beat. Comedy is where I get picky. Stupid comedy is kind of like a hit or miss. I didn't finish watching Taledega Knights, but I LOVED You Don't Mess With the Zohan. (Well, I also hate Will Ferrell. Is anybody else sick of him making his table scraps into movies?) I really dislike the indie comedies where I feel like I have to be wearing all grey and a beret to enjoy.

I guess I don't like meat. I've been a vegetarian for about ten years because Charlottes Web upset the crap out of me. I don't like germs. Nothing is worse than being sick or that grimey feeling you get on your hands after touching stuff in a toy store. I don't like bugs and I especially don't like the notion of dinosaurs ever coming back to life. Thats not okay. I don't like needles or getting weekly allergy shots. I don't like high school. Uhhh I dislike thinking about things I dislike.
