It's so nice to know that there's still a website where people aren't being political or racist.

I do miss the days when this site was more popular though. :/

Every time I stop by here I hope to see it's active. I was hoping after VF closed, a lot of people would come to other sites like these.

Same, same. Gothwire is good but there's a lot of irrelevant political stuff that, although I find agreable really should be on FB.

There's even a new site called EternalSceneRising.com that's trying to
bring back the scene but it's like people are just too lazy or busy to do this stuff. :/

It seems the generation that actually enjoyed these websites have moved on. It is sad. I check back as much as possible but it's nothing compared to getting off the bus every day and jumping on the family computer and spending a solid few hours online until my mother got home from work and forced me off the landline. lol I guess I stick around for the nostalgia.

That gave me such an intense feeling of nostalgia. It's sad but you're right, a lot of them have moved on. Before Facebook if someone left a site or went dark you'd never have another way to find them again. That's what sucked the most, those old friends I'll probably never find again.

Yes!! There are a few from my younger years on the internet that I wonder how they're doing all the time. I've tried to track them down but unfortunately, I cannot.

Indeed! It's near impossible to find people to talk to right now that are not charged with agitation and saying stupid things... :/
