okay so ive been waiting for my aunts landlord to kick out the tenant who live in the basement apartment of this house since like october!

he claims he has send her the warning of eviction twice, yet never followed threw with the final paperwork, i was getting really pissed i mean like common how long can i sleep on a fucking couch and pretty much live out of a box..all i had was clothes, i had nothing else becuase it all in storage! and so i had to buy more grr, any way

we've(my aunt and i) have been waiting for this chick to get out for months! and she hasent left she hasent paid rent and shes a disturbance!

well finally my aunt got fed up and filed the warning papers her self and well the tenant came upstairs today and said she was gonna be out on tuesday which is the 31st.

so obviously the fucking landlord was lieing about sending her the papers.

So im really excited. but my aunt told me not to get my hopes up cuz shes said b4 that she was gonna movie, but shes never gotten the warning, so i think she'll leave she owes about 2000$ plus damages(there are ALOT)

So Yeah im in the precess of emailing my BF the good news(hes moving in with me and away from his mom) shes horrible, hes been grounded fer like 2-3 weeks and i cant even talk to him unless he checks his email when his mom is asleep its SOOOO GAY!

But he'll be outa there soon.

Oh and also if the tenant doesnt move out, the notice states that she has 14 days and then the real evition papers come out, if she doesnt appeal it then shes outta there 5 days from the date of the final evitcion papers, my aunts pretty shure she wont appeal considering she owes soooo much money.

So if i dont get in there next week, the latest date im looking at is the 17th of Feb. Which isnt bad, but its still a bit off.

Either way IM fucking excited!
