Where the bridge met the ground
the water is not far below
Leaves lay unrustled without a sound
no new seed is found
somber, green and yellow
the weather is fair, but the water un-easy
a birds sweet song
sounds more sweet up close believe me
the waters rage like the sea
to cross the bridge is temptations will
many may do so but i stand still
my legs nature to walk
shoes too large to fill
she beautiful, somber, green and yellow
she greets the industrial fellow.
