the covid-19 vaccine has finally been created, however it will take some months for the F.D.A. to approve this 95% effective dose

Been following this report and so far I've heard the Russians have a vaccine and so do the Chinese. Latest I've heard is the US have one and it's 95% effective but they gotta' wait for approval. Either way it's good news! : - D

I'm not obese, I'm a bodybuilder, but I have physical health problems such as Asthma, Diabetes and Heart Disease so this is important. Hopefully the UK will purchase some of the vaccinations.

Does it seem rushed? Is that just me? I'll be glad to get back to normal though but I do want them to take their time and do it right. lol

Yep, I'd say they were rushing it...at least frantically trying to discover a vaccine but I recon they're going to take their time testing it and with bureaucracy before it's accessible. Which I kinda' get but I feel that when it's critical they got to use a sense of urgency. But the again....this is coming from a person who isn't very patient. : - S

Personally, I can wait. We are currently beginning our "second wave" here and as a homebody to begin with I have no issues staying home. Or as our head of province said back in march "Stay the blazes home"
I saw a meme saying there's no cure for the common cold but yet they can come up with a vaccine within a year.. seems too sketchy for me.

Ha, ha! Yeah, me two! Mostly when I'm at home I stay in my room so quarantine isn't to big a deal for me. Anyway, when you think about it most people have access to a computer with internet, Netflix, DVD's, CD's, PS or Xbox (or something like it, radio, books, magazines, boardgames, cardgames....staying at home doesn't seem like such a bad thing when you list all those things. ; - )

Looking forward to not having to wear a mask anymore.

I don't have a problem with them, I just fucking hate how hot they get sometimes.

In the meantime, I'll just stay in my room and be my usual, degenerate self.

The FDA just approved a vaccine for here in the US. I'd like to get back to normal, too, and I also hope there aren't any problems with the vaccine because the process was rushed to make Trump look good (not that that matters a whole lot now) and appease the people who think it's un-American/communistic/sinful to wear masks, practice social distancing, or to tell them they can't go to Starbucks, McDonald's or whatever to hang out.

Warning: DO NOT TAKE THE VACCINE!

Unless f course you want to die from a short list of complications.

: Sorry, there will never be ‘normal’ ever again. 🐀

Watch what happens. I admit, with Trump overseeing the process I'm a little bit leery about this vaccine. But hopefully it'll be all right.

I'm not sure about the US vaccine but I know the one from UK has a 98% success rate except for people with allergies. BTW this post is about the vaccine for Covid 19, why is it titled as Attention Obese People? : - O

I haven't heard anything bad about the US vaccine yet, but it's kind of early. They only started giving them this morning or maybe yesterday.

It definitely seems rushed, it could easily have horrible side effects. I say it doesn't have enough testing behind it.

the title is because obesity makes up about 42% of the U.S. population. Obese people are at high risk for severe sympoms. I will not take the vaccine or any other. I think I might of caught Covid19, i had the chills for like 3 days and felt dehydrated was all.
