about me
| I am Joe, 20 years of age from Longview, Tx. I am a retail/sales associate and a hopeful future Law Enforcement Officer. I have played music my whole life and writing is a passion of mine. I don't have any certain preference to genres or labels for writing and music and am pretty open minded about it all. I am here to make friends whether they be chat buddies or lifetime.
I have used this site a few times before. The first time being back in 2009, back then there were a lot of great people here and I hope to find more here these days as well. I'm an open book to anyone that takes the time to speak with me or get to know me and enjoy talking about anything from everyday life to philosophy and science. I do not believe in wasting my time or others so if I feel we might have a problem with one another then I will address it and get things clear or we just stop talking.
I can be hard headed and firm to what I believe and think but that doesn't mean I am closed minded. I am always intrigued to hear what others have to say and to try to see things from their point of view. Some of the best friends are made up of exact opposites and some of the worst enemies are exactly the same as you so you never really know how things will be until you get to know someone. I don't cause drama and with my current work schedule I am busy many hours/days of the week however if I like you I will make time to talk to you even if it is just one or two messages for that day. I hope to meet a lot of interesting people here and make many good friends.
Don't be afraid to say "Hi" or ask me something. I'm approachable even if I don't always say something first it does mean that I don't know you're there or haven't seen you on here before. It could very well be that I got caught up doing something else or didn't know what to say because frankly outside of work I am not the best at making conversation with new people. Conversations or debates are always nice and I look forward to talking to anyone who is interested in friendship. Thanks for reading this if you actually took the time to do so! |

favourite music
| I don't discriminate on music often. I like most music, favorites can change very often song wise though the bands stay the same. For example the song stuck in my head right now(9/12/2014, 02:03CST) is Falling Down by Oasis; that's probably their only song I like to listen to more than every once in a while. Music all depends on my mood. If I am having a great day then upbeat and "happy" music is perfect. If I am having a bad day then that same music can annoy me a lot. |
