Hello, my name is Davin.

Firstly, let me say just say that I didn't mean for this profile to portray me as 'bitter'. I'm not a bitter person, I just simply.. Dislike a lot of you for the simple reason of being impolite.

I swear, I judge, I can be an asshole if provoked. Essentially, I'm human (and an Irishman, we can be vulgar fucks), you'll have to deal with that, I'm afraid. As a race, we're known for our imperfections.

If I do not return your comments immediately, please don't badger me about it. I suffer from a condition known as Socialphobia (doctors screwed up and originally diagnosed me with Asperger's Syndrome, if any of you are curious about the change). This will account for my lack of sociability, so please forgive me if I'm not immediate in responding to you. I'm not afraid to admit that my lack of response comes from, yes, being 'afraid' of social encounters.

But, in saying that, unless something happens that causes me to miss your comment, I will reply. Bear in mind that I HEAVILY dislike it when people aren't competent enough to have the decency of replying/giving thanks for a compliment or comment that may have been made towards them, in the positive regard. Basically; It's common freakin' courtesy.

However, if you do manage to befriend me (which isn't all that hard, contrary to popular belief), please don't be a dick and be real close, great friends, and then the next day, it's like I don't even exist. I fucking hate that shit, and I have had a few people on this site do that, and seemingly without any remorse. I will hold it against whoever does it, because it's almost as bad as betraying a friend. It's just being a fucking asshole. I won't do it to you, so don't do it to me. Kay? Kay.

I realised how pointless, and overbearing this part of my profile was. If any of you can recall, it was in regard to other's not thanking me for compliments. I used to take things to heart quite a lot, but no longer.

I do not believe in organised religion, this is a controversial topic and really, I stick to my guns. Please, if you are, at all, a religious person, I would prefer that you keep your beliefs to yourself. I will not bash your religion, as long as you don't try to convert me, I've had that happen so many times in my life, and I live in a country that's prevalently Catholic, I've seen the church and the clergy commit horrible things. Please respect my beliefs, or lack thereof, as I respect yours. However, in saying that, I do have a belief of my own; I'm spiritual. I wouldn't count it as part of the general populace of organised religion, as there is no specific way of practising it, or some magical book that was apparently written by God, but also written by men.

I am twenty-one, I am a bassist, a confident Irishman with a heart bigger than my chest. I'm single, but that doesn't mean that every endearing statement I make is an ode to your affections. I will compliment you if you're attractive, but I don't date outside of Ireland.

I rant WAY too much on this profile, so I cut out most of the chaff that was in regards people's behaviour on this site. In my mind, I see that you all realize how you behave, but choose not to better yourselves. I guess I should leave you to wallow in that Hell.

Essentially, this paragraph was about my views on discrimination. In hindsight, I realize that I was very.. Over the top about it. Essentially, I'm an 'equal rights for all' kind of guy. I don't believe that one society, or commune of people, should be treated any less than others. This also applies to cliques, scene kids, goths, emos, we're all the same, we just dress (and sometimes act) differently.

I am a hopeless romantic. Let me tell you what that is: It means that I NEED the presence of an intimate partner. No, not sex. There's a difference between sex, and intimacy. I crave cuddles, kisses, hugs, and the random, "makes-you-smile-wide" texts.

I am a Pisces, which means that I am a dreamer, I have big expectations of my life, I aim to make an impression on the world, somehow.

I am a nerd. No, not the typical young kids of this generation, that think that just because they watch Anime, and use the word "rawr", they're nerds. No. I am a REAL nerd. I adore computers; I could take one apart and study each, and every little piece, which I have done countless times.

Another thing that brands me a nerd, is that I am a gaming fanatic. Ask me which games I like, I won't list them here.

I will, however, tell you which consoles I play on, and my name there.
