I was talking to a family friend who loves Christmas about Krampus. He never heard of it. I point out how our culture is heavily influenced by 19th Century Britain and is very 'conservative.' I didn't learn about Krampus until a DJ on our alternative radio station brought it up and he did a live phone call to his grandfather who is from Germany.

I was hanging out in the city with a friend, we were looking at a poster for the next Goth event. It always featured an illustration of a hot Goth chick on it. I said to my friend "is she prettier than me" my friend respond with "She sure is, my Fish Wife." LOL
