2005/6 was when I first joined I didn’t really do anything here until 2009.

Even the old members just stopped using the GG group on FB. Personally, I feel like some of them just want to forget some things that went on here.

Went back to my hometown to attend a Halloween there. It was a weekday so I couldn’t do much.

Halloween is honestly just becoming another annoying, pain in the ass holiday.

I’ve been hanging around here since 2006, I became an admin in 2011, which was at the end of the site’s prime.

There really isn’t anything to do except post in the forums and wait for people to join in.

My family used to eat these things called esquite. It’s corn, mayo and cheese and some other stuff. It reeks.

I got bored of fireworks at the end of my teen years. I’ve never bought any but there’s no way I’m spending money on something that barely lasts a minute.

I like to think I am. I know a lot of people have disagreed with me but in hindsight, they weren’t the kind of people whom I’d call open minded.

In this crazy world we are now stuck in, people tend to use the excuse "born that way" as an opt out for taking responsibility for their personal choices. They will act like it's somehow in their genes. Asking questions will get you labelled anything from Trans Phobic to Goth Phobic (I just made that up).

I'm bored with the way snowflakes and libtards act these days. 🦊

I have to agree with this wholeheartedly. It’s worse when they use the status they were “born with” to dodge consequences.

No but in 2008 one of my neighbor’s house went up in flames, no one was hurt at all. All that was left was the skeleton and frame of the house and some charred wooden furniture.

I still remember that night; 2 of my buddies and I had just said good night around 1 am after being on the phone for 2 hours, as I was falling asleep. 5 minutes later, I heard a chainsaw outside and light of the fire was glowing through the thin curtains in my room. I looked outside and thought I was dreaming. I called them back to tell them what was going on.

I own a stun gun. I’ve had a buddy use it on me to test its effectiveness, it feels like someone rubbing sandpaper vigorously on your skin.

Tasers, I feel, should have some restrictions. I’ve been subject to one (also voluntarily) and if anything, I think falling in the wrong place can severely hurt/kill you.

Pepper spray is more effective than a taser because you’re gonna be useless for a good 10 minutes if it gets anywhere near your eyes. And yes, I voluntarily subjected myself to that as well.

No because I’d end up disqualifying a bunch of people.

No.

I honestly don’t think I could handle meeting anymore people who could potentially be a permanent part of my life.

This, although most of the time I don’t even care about my looks.

Someone’s lexicon can be a huge part in why I won’t listen to them or take them seriously.

I sometimes wear women’s pants, although it’s kinda hard to tell. And socks.

Long before I started working I knew the workforce was full of cutthroat people and others who try to one up each others problems. For example, you could have a dying mother, your coworkers and manager might feel for you, but the company itself will not care one bit that your loved ones are dying. At least that's how it is where I work. Here you could take time off for mourning and have a coworker cover for you, but in the end they're likely to penalize you anyway just simply because you're missing time at work and they do not care about what you're going through.

Never mind the fact that I get mediocre hours, I work for people who can be cool but are insensitive nonetheless.

Today has been the worst day. Today my closest friend informed me that she has stage 4 leukemia and that she's pretty much done with. For 3 hours I was in my room breaking down. 9 years and suddenly this happens.

We're always arguing... about who loves who more. It's the only thing we argue about and I hope it's the only thing we ever do argue about.
