A friend of mine went on a date with this pretty redhead. Guess he must’ve been really nervous because instead of inviting her in at the end of it or going for a kiss he just shakes her hand goes inside. She looked so confused!
Who the fuck does that?

Having fun giving him shit about it now😁

🤣

That poor woman though, she must've been soooooo confused.

I have a vaguely similar experience. I worked at a factory years ago and the Main Office had an administrator who was a STUNNING redhead. When I was introduced, we clicked but I was in a relationship at the time, so I didn't think much of it. When my relationship broke up, I got more attention from the redhead. She invited me out one weekend, I normally drink beer, but she was encouraging me to drink pretty strong cocktails. Anyway, she got distracted by a college friend who was at this nightclub with his GF. It was really awkward because I had work the next day, the GF was jealous because her BF (the college friend) was dancing with the Redhead. I left and we didn't really talk much after that. 1yr later I discovered through another workmate that the Redhead had a huge crush on me, but I thought I didn't like her. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!

Sounds like she was waiting for you to make the first move.

Yeah, that's a cultural problem here. The majority of women expect meant to make the first move BUT the majority of men are uncertain if the female is attracted to them or just being friendly. Another fault is the males aren't as assertive and fear rejection. Lately because of the media, they're worried about being accused of sexual harassment. It's melodramatic but understandable. Most females won't 'make a move' because they're afraid of being viewed as a 'slut.' It's an archaic-sexist attitude I wish would die in the ass....it had been the bane of my existence. 😒

What's wrong with being a 'slut' anyway? Sure, wish girls were sluttier when I was in High School because then I would have got some action and finished school with fond memories! LOL 🤣👌

Bagpipes sound beautiful, however the sound of whales sound like the spirits of the dead to me.

Yep, there's something about bagpipes that strike a chord in me.

I was at a festival one year with a GF who had Scottish ancestry. We watched a Pip and Drum band play. A lone Bagpipe Player took center stage and played the theme to Star Wars. Me and my GF were stoked while the rest of Aussies just look confused and dumbfounded.

My grandfather was really into our Scottish ancestry, he would get us (my fam) all the clan merch and we'd dress up every year and hang out at the celtic festival. He had a bagpipe CD which annoyed me as a child, but it's become painfully nostalgic. I get emotional when I hear them now.

I totally understand.

At least you had that stronger connection. I mentioned my Scottish ancestry to my Mum and she said "I don't know where you get this Scottish thing from!?" I had to point out the origin of her name goes back to Scotland. Sadly it's a part of my family history that was greatly ignored. 😢

If anything I know more about my German background but....I don't get the same warm fuzzy feelings when I see Leiberhosen and hear Oompa bands. 🤣

I don't want to get married or have kids. Those who want to have kids can, just leave me out of it.
My reason:
- I can barely take care of myself, how the hell would I take care of a child?
